Hover Lite spins counter clockwise

It's hard to imagine that someone actually has one of these things that flies correctly. My Hover Lite helicopter does nothing but spin counter clockwise. I tried their solution of adjusting the potentiometer to the right, but that does nothing to improve the flying. I even tried turning it to the left, just to see, but of course that didn't work either. I feel like I wasted my money. Is there an easy fix to the problem? 95shadow

I own a celestron c6 sgt, when im setting it up i have align the 2 index marks on the mount, when i do this the optical tube is not pointing in the exact position as the polar axis, the optical tube is pointing a little more to the right, the declination axis would only need to be turned 3mm to put it right.when index marks lignd i also noticed the counter weight bar which moves around the polar axis does not point directly to the ground. so is this normal or are my index marks (which are glued on) in the wrong position. please help derek

The setting circles are out of adjustment.

Sighting in red dot shotgun scope

Load your gun up and when you can shoot it, aim with your new glass(Scope) and lay out a group of three slugs, not buckshot, (i'm assuming your shooting a shotgun). Then use some trial and error to tighten your dot to your grouping. I don't blame you for the confusion, but normally, most scopes set up for this adjustment pattern are moving your target according to the knobs, not your crosshairs or dot. Another option you have is to buy a laser bore sighter. then you can play with adjusting your scope for in the field or wherever with much more comfort when you need to. You can find them online at walmart or almost any sporting goods store these days, yes they save ammo and yeas they save time, but i still shoot to make sure i'm dead on after using mine.

The reticle adjustment knob is turned all the way out (counter clockwise) and still hasn't moved the point of impact to the right enough.

If you have Leupold/redfield style windage adjustable baes you just need to move the windage adjustments. If you don't have these, I would recommend you take your rifle to a qualified gunsmith and have him remount and boresight your scope with this style scope base(s) which should run you about $80.00 hope this helps, Mark the Gunsmith

Loose image when focusing

The focus knob can have the play reduced. Turn counter-clockwise a turn or 2, then loosen the knob's set-screw and carefully turn clockwise until a little drag is felt. Then tighten the set-screw.A further item that may pertain to image shift, especially at low powers, is that the baffle tube that the main mirror slides on, may be loose in the back housing. There have been reports of poor thread engagement due to poor tolerences. That tube can be re-tightened - just be careful not to strip the threads!.
