I have a tasco 114mm by 900 luminova when i look through it all i see is around white circle what am i doing wrong

You are NOT focused properly. Take the scope out side during the day time and practice focusing on a distant object. Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the focuser.By the way in the picture shown on your post-- FIXYA has the scope mounted BACKWARDS and pointed at the ground. The focuser and small finder scope are on the UP end of the telescope.

I have a Tasco Luminova 40-114675 and i cant figure it out. I bought it at a garage sale and it didnt come with a manual and i dont know how to use it. i cant see anything out of it

You can get a manual on this web site:http://www.tasco.com/pages/instruction-manuals/This is a reflector style telescope. with mirrors-- probably on an equatorial mount which needs to be polar aligned in order to be used. Read this:http://www.astronomy.net/articles/4/polaralign.html

My Tasco Luminova is set up right. But i am still see it upsidedown? Why is that?

Because the PICTURE that Fixya uses for the question (SHOWN ABOVE) is upside down! The silly fools have the scope pointed at the GROUND!Turn the scope around so the focuser end is pointed up.Like this picture:http://www.tasco.com/products/manuals/Luminova40-076420Inst.pdf

THE protective cover is the FRONT of the telescope!!!The focuser is on the front like the picture above. TURN the scope around -- you have it pointing at the ground right now!Read my TIPS on my profile page. And read this and look at the pictures:http://www.texasastro.org/telescope.php

I was given a Tasco Luminova a couple of months ago that had no eye piece in it, i have since purchased one for it thinking that this was the only thing that i needed for it to work correctly. Unfortu

Tasco telescopes are not worth owning. They will only frustrate you and you will dislike astronomy. Buy a Meade, Celestron or Orion Even the Celestron 70 travel scope, although it has a poor tripod, will give you a great view of the moon and ok view of Jupiter and Saturn They are under $80
