Child's night light

Dear Sirs, I bought a couple of Alessi night lights in Denmark, and brought them back to New Zealand. I'm sorry I can't tell you the name of the product exactly, only that they look like small, colourful stylised fairies - that's probably not too helpful! Anyhow, they both need their plugs changed to NZ standards, and neither of them are working either. I've taken them to an electrician here, but he's never seen or heard of the product. One of the problems is, apparently, the difficulty in removing the back to gain access. We do like them, and I prefer to fix things rather than throw them a

Operating Problem The optic device still turns on and off, and the infa-red works on it as well, the two functions of the device. However, when I turn the device on and look through the monocular at night or in darkness, i see nothing and no light or image whatsoever is being put through the eyepiece. In short, i see the same thing while looking through the monocular while it is on, as i would while it is off. The problem MAY be due to light exposure, I'm not sure. Anyways, please help me or give me any input, because I'm thinking about just finding a place to send it for repair.

I have a nigh owl optics night vision monocular. I bought it about 10 years ago . It has two buttons. One is the "On" button. The other is the IR LED. Both the red and the green lights are lit. Yet there is no illumination in the lends. The battery terminals are clean. There are no cracks in the lens.

Ten year sounds fine. You got ten years out of Russian manufacture NV monocular, even though it has Night Owl Logo on it. Send to me, I new some parts. I can get the gen 1 Russian image intensfier tube, or you can sen to Night Owl Optics in El Paso, TX.Some of use think we know what we are doing with NV but without parts or even schematic for them we are sometime not ability to fix these NV devises. I have a couple of suppliers that will provide some image intensifier tubes; of course, on American image tubes all American Citzens can buy them but they are really expensive. The ccfl inver, control board, and even the voltage multiplier needs to be manufactured.Do what ever you think is right, call Night Owl and see what the charges. stewbison

I need red light phone number of dussledorf - Night Owl Optics Optics

Hello, First, don't turn on this Night Owl NODS3 during the day...Bright lights will destroy the image intensifier tube in mill-seconds. It used on during the dark hours of the night and look at bright city lights on the poles on homes. You have two button; one with have o/1 (on/off) then the second but would be the IR light and it will have the IR on and some time there will be another button mark A and this button is used to enhance the image. To turn on the button--all you have to do is to push it. Only in a dark room with IR button on. and only in the dark of the night. If it doesn't work then let me know [email protected] send me a message. GB...stewbison
